Running one TradingView strategy across multiple funded accounts

Short answer

Attach every account to the same bot. One TradingView alert then places the same order in each attached account at the same time, sized per account by its own rule — a multiplier of the alert’s size, or a fixed contract count. The accounts can be on Tradovate, on NinjaTrader via Tradovate or Rithmic, or paper, and there are no per-account fees: one flat plan covers unlimited accounts and bots.

  1. Connect each account

    Dashboard → Accounts → Connect account, once per account. Tradovate accounts approve Shifu on Tradovate’s site; NinjaTrader accounts answer the one connect question; a paper account needs no login at all and is a good first member of the group.

  2. Create one bot for the strategy

    Dashboard → Bots → New bot. Choose how each trade is sized: from the TradingView alert (the alert’s quantity, with the bot’s default size as the fallback) or a fixed count.

  3. Route the bot to every account

    Open the bot → Account routing and switch on each account it should trade. For each one pick × alert, a multiplier of the base size (1× is the same size, 2× is double). When the bot uses a fixed size rather than the alert’s, an account can be set to Contracts instead — an exact count, whatever the alert says.

  4. Make one TradingView alert

    One alert on your chart, pointed at that bot’s link. There is nothing to duplicate per account; the bot fans the order out.

One alert, three accounts

  "symbol": "MES1!",
  "quantity": 2,
  "time": "{{timenow}}"
}
AccountIts routing ruleContracts sent
Account A× 1 — same size2
Account B× 24
Account C× 36

The size difference is the per-account rule, not the alert. Results are rounded to whole contracts and never below one.

Each account records its own result on the alert. If one account is held or skipped — live routing off, a hand-off that timed out, a firm-side rejection — the others still fill, and the reason is written next to the account that did not.

Questions people ask

How many accounts can one bot trade?

There is no cap, and no per-account fee. One flat plan covers unlimited accounts and unlimited bots.

Can each account trade a different size?

Yes. Each account has its own routing rule: a multiplier of the base size or, on a bot with a fixed size, an exact contract count. The alert message never changes.

Is this the same as following another trader’s signals?

No. Every order comes from your own TradingView alert and goes only to accounts you connected. Shifu never sends anyone else’s trades to your accounts, or yours to anyone else’s.

Which prop firms can be in the group?

Any account you can connect: Tradovate accounts (including prop-firm evaluations that run on Tradovate’s Simulated environment), Rithmic accounts, and NinjaTrader accounts over either one, all live today. Firms that only sign in over ProjectX, such as TopstepX, are not supported today.

What if one account fills and another does not?

Each account is its own row on the alert with its own result. Shifu does not chase a fill that did not land, so the accounts can differ by one trade; the reason is written next to the one that skipped.
