Refund Policy

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing — no charge is ever made. The trial exists so you can prove Shifu on your own accounts before a dollar changes hands.

Monthly subscriptions are not refunded once billed. You can cancel at any time — in one click, from Settings — and your access continues through the end of the paid period. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

Annual subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 14 days of any annual charge (including renewals), we refund it in full. Email support@paradoxalgo.com from your account email — no forms, no retention scripts.

Verified duplicate charges and confirmed fraudulent transactions are corrected and refunded. Report them within 7 days of the charge with the relevant details.

Contact us first — billing issues are usually resolved within one business day. Filing a chargeback without contacting support is a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in account termination.

Dashboard → Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel. Effective at the end of the current period; your data remains exportable at any time.
