Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Who we are
Shifu ("the Service") is software operated by Paradox Algo, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
2. What Shifu is — and is not
Shifu is execution infrastructure: it receives the alerts your own TradingView strategies fire and transmits the corresponding orders to brokerage accounts you own and connect. Shifu is not a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, or investment adviser. It does not recommend trades, manage money, or provide financial advice. Every trading decision — including the strategies, alerts, sizes, and accounts involved — is yours.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results. You alone are responsible for outcomes in your accounts, including compliance with the rules of any proprietary-trading firm you trade with.
3. Your account and credentials
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Broker credentials you connect are stored encrypted and used solely to route the orders your alerts and configuration direct. You authorize Shifu to transmit those orders on your behalf; you can disconnect an account or disable routing at any time.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial; billing starts when the trial converts. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Prices may change with advance notice — never mid-term.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach or reverse-engineer it, no reselling access, and no traffic patterns designed to disrupt it. Runaway-protection limits may throttle abnormal alert volume to protect your accounts and the platform.
6. Service availability and third parties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Order execution depends on third parties we do not control — TradingView's alert delivery, broker and exchange systems, and networks in between. We are not liable for missed or delayed alerts, rejected or delayed orders, slippage, outages, or the acts of brokers, exchanges, or data providers.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, and its content are owned by Paradox Algo, LLC and its licensors. Your data — your alerts, orders, fills, and journal — is yours, and you can export it at any time.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including 2, 8, and 10) do so.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Paradox Algo, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
